Hot lap times

I'm trying to make my car as competitive as possible so I was wondering if I could see some tracks and lap times.

i was running a 1:42.7xx on atlanta long but havet tuned the car alot

I ran a few laps with killall and managed a 1:42 on RA long. I haven't messed with the tune much either.

Spent much more time painting and repainting my car!

I was at high 1:41 low 1:42 if i remember correctly at ra full. If you add the
other members as friends you can see there lap times when you check the
leader boards. Fell free to add me

Icehawk's Alignment Spec

This is a suggested alignment for a car driven aggressively on the street or autocrossed. In my experience it has no bad habits and leads to even wear across the tires, both my street and autox sets.

Front

Caster: Maximum
Camber: -1.5°
Toe out 1/16" per side


Rear

Caster not applicable, there is no adjustment possible
Camber: -2°
Toe in 1/16" per side

This was developed from the famed "Lanny" alignment and better suits the aggressive driver. The biggest change is to add toe out in front to provide better turn in as well as dialing in a more aggressive camber setting.

I just realized this is a laptime thread but heres how to get more competitive

Now remember, Lanny alignment was done on near stock suspension, low spring rates, single-speed rebound adjustable only shocks, stock 195/55/14 tires.


Local STS miata, that has won prosolo twice, runs somewhere in the neighborhood of 2.2-2.5 front camber and 1.5+ rear. Also runs 750lb/550lb f/r GC springs and standard koni yellows.

Just food for thought. I'd have to say the physics in FM3 aren't 100% right either lol.


I use Icehawk as a base alignment for my miata IRL, its set a lil more aggressive. needs to be with 200+rwhp



Capitol was pulling some 1.38.4xx's at Road atlanta tonight, me and dominion were in the low 1.39s

I ran a 1:37.8xx RAfull last night after alot of practice. That was with a stock setup and the spec spring rates.
